1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Zymera Labs website or buying any product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or place an order.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Better Everyday LLC, the parent company of Zymera Labs.

2. Research Use Only

All Zymera Labs compounds are sold only for in vitro research and educational study.

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

• The compounds are not approved by the FDA or any similar regulatory authority for human or veterinary use.
• The compounds are not medicines, supplements, or therapeutic products.
• You will use the compounds only for legitimate scientific research or educational purposes.
• You will not administer these compounds to humans or animals.
• You will not resell or redistribute these compounds as therapeutic products.
• You confirm that you are a qualified researcher, scientist, or educational professional.

If we suspect misuse, Zymera Labs may refuse or cancel the order.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from Zymera Labs.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

In some cases, we may ask you to verify your professional or institutional status.

4. Products and Descriptions

We try to keep all product descriptions, purity specifications, and related documents accurate and up to date.

All purity values are based on independent third-party Certificate of Analysis testing.

Please note:

• Product images are for illustration only.
• The actual product may look slightly different.
• Unless stated otherwise, compounds are supplied as lyophilised powder in sealed vials.

We provide a Certificate of Analysis for every batch. However, COA values may vary slightly from one batch to another.

5. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Prices are listed in USD. In addition, prices may change without notice. The final price will be the one shown at the time the order is placed.

Payment must be made in full at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown during checkout, and all transactions are processed securely.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only. Therefore, they are not guaranteed.

Zymera Labs is not responsible for delays caused by:

• customs
• weather
• shipping carriers
• other external factors

It is your responsibility to check whether importing these compounds is legal in your jurisdiction.

We are not liable for orders that are seized, delayed, or rejected by customs authorities.

If a compound requires temperature control, we will ship it using suitable cold-chain packaging.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Because of the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns after delivery unless:

• the product is defective, or
• the wrong product was shipped.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photographic evidence.

After review, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

If an order is cancelled, refunds will usually be processed within 10 business days, minus any payment processing fees if applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Better Everyday LLC and Zymera Labs are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase will not exceed the purchase price of that product.

You accept full responsibility for how Zymera Labs products are used. We also disclaim liability for any harm caused by use outside the stated research purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and design elements, belongs to Better Everyday LLC.

This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any website content without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States.

Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration, as allowed by applicable law.
