Important: All Zymera Labs products are sold exclusively for in vitro laboratory research and educational purposes. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, and no therapeutic claims are made or implied. By purchasing from Zymera Labs, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Zymera Labs website and purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this website or purchase any products.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Better Everyday LLC, the parent company of Zymera Labs.
2. Research Use Only
All Zymera Labs compounds are manufactured and sold exclusively for in vitro research and educational study. By completing a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:
- These compounds are not approved by the FDA or any equivalent regulatory authority for human or veterinary use
- These compounds are not medicines, supplements, or therapeutic agents
- You will use these compounds only for legitimate scientific research or educational purposes
- You will not administer these compounds to humans or animals
- You will not resell or redistribute these compounds as therapeutic products
- You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or educational professional
Zymera Labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where there is reasonable suspicion of misuse.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Zymera Labs. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
Zymera Labs products are sold to researchers, scientists, and educational institutions. We reserve the right to request verification of your professional status at any time.
4. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, purity specifications, and documentation are accurate. All purity values are based on independent third-party Certificate of Analysis testing.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product appearance may vary. All compounds are supplied as lyophilised powder in sealed vials unless otherwise stated.
Certificates of Analysis are provided for every batch and are available in our Documentation library. COA values represent the specific batch tested and may vary slightly between batches.
5. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price at the time of order placement.
Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Zymera Labs is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the import of these compounds is legal in your jurisdiction. Zymera Labs is not liable for any orders seized or delayed by customs authorities.
Temperature-sensitive compounds are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered, unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 10 business days, less any payment processing fees.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Better Everyday LLC and Zymera Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
You assume full responsibility for the use of Zymera Labs products. We expressly disclaim all liability for any harm resulting from use of our products outside their stated research purpose.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Better Everyday LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written consent from Better Everyday LLC.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
