Where can I find the Certificate of Analysis for my order?
All COA documents are available in our Documentation library. Search by product name or batch number. COAs are also included with every shipment.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. International orders vary by destination — please contact us for estimated delivery times to your country.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

What purity can I expect?
All Zymera Labs compounds are independently tested to a minimum 99.0% purity by HPLC. Exact purity values for each batch are documented in the corresponding COA.
Can I return a product?
Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue.
How should I store the compounds?
Lyophilised peptides should be stored at -20°C in a dry environment, protected from light. Reconstituted compounds should be stored at 4°C and used within 7 days. Nasal sprays are stable at room temperature for 2-4 weeks but best kept in a refrigerator. Refer to the SDS for specific storage instructions.
